Website and service use
Terms & Conditions
Effective August 21, 2026
Website information
This website provides general information about BenRepairHub and does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or constitute a binding estimate. A service agreement exists only after BenRepairHub and the customer agree to the scope, price or pricing method, and scheduling terms.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate project information, disclose known hazards or access restrictions, obtain required owner or property-manager authorization, secure pets and valuables, and provide safe, reasonable access to the work area. The customer represents that they are authorized to request work at the property or on the device provided.
Scope and approvals
BenRepairHub performs only the agreed scope. Conditions not reasonably visible during assessment may require a revised estimate or referral to another professional. The customer must approve material changes before additional work begins.
Materials and customer-supplied items
BenRepairHub is not responsible for manufacturer defects or incompatibility in customer-supplied parts, fixtures, devices, or materials. Additional labor caused by defective, incomplete, incorrect, or incompatible customer-supplied items may be charged if disclosed and approved.
Device services and data
Customers should back up device data when possible before service and remove confidential information that is not required for the repair. Device repair can involve risks including data loss or discovery of additional damage. BenRepairHub does not guarantee data recovery unless that result is expressly included in the written scope.
Site content
BenRepairHub branding, original website text, graphics, and generated brand artwork may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Service illustrations are explanatory and do not represent a guarantee that every project will have identical conditions or results.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BenRepairHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any liability arising from an accepted project will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in the county where BenRepairHub is legally established, unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.
