BenRepairHub may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, service address or town, repair description, photographs, appointment details, and communications with us. Our website may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and security or server logs from our hosting provider.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess requested work, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate about projects, process payments, maintain business records, improve our services, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, communications, scheduling, payments, accounting, or project fulfillment; with subcontractors when reasonably necessary for an approved project; or when required by law, safety, or the protection of legal rights.
Photos and project content
Customer photos submitted for an assessment are used to evaluate the requested service. BenRepairHub will not use identifiable customer or property photos for public marketing without permission. When permission is granted, reasonable steps may be taken to obscure house numbers, license plates, faces, and other identifying details.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for customer service, project records, warranties, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email, messaging, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held by BenRepairHub, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes. You may also ask us to stop nonessential marketing communications.
Third-party services
The website is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website and conversion measurement. Repair-request details are prepared locally in your browser and passed to your chosen email application; the website does not transmit the form through a third-party form processor. The site may also link to services such as your email, phone or messaging provider, and Instagram. Information handled by a third-party service is also governed by that service’s privacy terms.
